NC Democrats meet to select delegates for national convention

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — North Carolina Democrats began selecting delegates Saturday who will ultimately vote for either Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders.
Democratic conventions are being held in each of the state’s 13 congressional districts this weekend.
One in the Triangle area was held Saturday at Jordan High in Durham.
The Democrats gathered to elect various offices – including delegates who will go to the national convention in Philadelphia this summer.
Those elected in that role identify either as a Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders delegate  to select a presidential candidate in what is still right now a divided party.
