Frat brother of NC killer charged with concealing death of teacher who was a mom
CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) — A second man has been charged in connection to the 2014 death of Charlotte teacher Bianca Tanner, just one day after her boyfriend pleaded guilty in court.

Friday night, WBTV spoke exclusively to Tanner’s sister, Cerise Richardson Mcintyre.
“We are ecstatic. I really feel like a weight has been lifted off us and we can now try to find our new normal,” Mcintyre said.
One day before Briscoe’s arrest, Tanner’s boyfriend, Angelo Grayson Smith Jr, pleaded guilty to four charges – voluntary manslaughter, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, first degree kidnapping and concealment of a death.
