FBI looking for possible victims of child sex abuse after arrest of Lillington man

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WNCN) – The Federal Bureau of Investigation, along with North Carolina law enforcement agencies, are seeking to identify possible victims of child sex abuse after the April arrest of a man in Lillington.

Ronald Keith Black, Sr., 69, of 41 Newton Road in Lillington, was arrested April 29 and charged with 29 counts of first-degree sexual offense and 12 counts of indecent liberties with a minor after an investigation into the sharing of child pornography over the Internet, the FBI said in a release.
According to the FBI, allegations of sexual abuse of several juveniles were made against Black during their investigation. Those allegations date back to the late 1980s and last until about 2006. Authorities believe there may be additional victims that either have not been identified or haven’t been located.
