48-hour rainfall totals for North Carolina

CLICK FOR IMAGES OF FLOODING & CRASHESRALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — The National Weather Service has released a list of observed rainfall totals for two days starting on Sunday at 10 a.m.
According to the data, the most rain fell in Wake County with more than 8 inches in some areas.
An area in Wilson County —  also received more than 8 inches of rain, according to reports.
Areas in Durham and Franklin counties saw over 7 inches.
